Jiantong Technical Upgrading on HDPE Geomembrane
Jiantong's Technical Upgradation on HDPE Geomembrane Completed
After technical upgradation, our HDPE impervious geomembrane is a geotechnical impervious material made of plastic film as the impervious base material and non-woven fabric. Its impermeability mainly depends on the impermeability of plastic film. At present, plastic membrane for anti-seepage applications at home and abroad are mainly polyvinyl chloride and polyethylene.
They are polymer chemical flexible materials with strong deformation adaptability, which have corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance and good frost resistance. The main mechanism is to block the leakage path of the earth dam with the impermeability of the plastic film, withstand the water pressure, and adapt to the deformation of the earth dam with larger tensile strength and elongation.
The combination of geotextile and plastic film not only increases the tensile strength and puncture resistance of the plastic film, but also because of the rough surface of the nonwoven fabric. The friction coefficient of the contact surface increases, which is beneficial to the stability of the composite geomembrane and protective layer. At the same time, they have good corrosion resistance to bacteria and chemicals, and are not afraid of acid, alkali and salt corrosion.
