‘Jiantong Geosynthetics’main products include geotextiles, geomembranes, geonet, and GCL. Most of the products are flammable, and smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited in the factory. We attach great importance to workers’ fire protection and ability training.
At 7:30 in the morning on Oct. 8th, the "Jiantong Geosynthetics" factory organized and carried out fire protection knowledge training and fire drill activities. In the early stage, safety knowledge and warning slogans were posted in prominent locations in the workshop. The "Safety Production Month" activity has officially kicked off.
The fire protection knowledge training was delivered by Wang Lin, senior engineer of fire protection engineering of Dezhou Fire Brigade. It mainly explained in detail the introduction and use of fire protection equipment, fire extinguishing methods and precautions, fire hazards, emergency self-rescue common sense, etc. It was highly practical and feasible. Operability, enriches employees’ fire protection knowledge. In order to put the knowledge learned into practice, "strike while the iron is hot" popularized the use of fire extinguishers among employees.
