The compound geomembrane is heated on one or both sides of the film by the far-infrared ray of an oven, and the geotextile and the geomembrane are pressed together by a guide roller to form a compound geomembrane.
After the production process got improved , there is also a process for manufacturing the composite geomembrane by casting method. Its structure includes one piece of geotextile and one membrane, two pieces of geotextile and one membrane, two pieces of films and one piece of geotextile, and so on.
The geotextile acts as the protective layer of the geomembrane, protecting the impervious layer from damage. In order to reduce the ultraviolet radiation and increase the anti-aging performance, it is better to use the buried method for laying.
During construction, firstly use sand or clay with a smaller material diameter to level the base surface, and then lay a geomembrane. The geomembrane should not be stretched too tightly, and the two sides embedded in the soil body are corrugated.
