Soft permeable geotube produced by Jiantong is a new type of geosynchetic material and mainly made from polypropylene (PP), the shape of which is generally like a tube.
Soft permeable geotube owns the features of UV resistance, ageing resistance, and being non-poisonous and non-comburent, and realizes zero pollution truly. Geotube products are mainly used for slope protection for highway and railway, barren mountain and mine restoration, and river bank and inland river improvement projects.
Soft permeable geotube does not absorb water, when there is water in surrounding environment, geotube will not be damaged or deformed, and not be dissolved in the polluted liquid.
Soft permeable geotube has the property of acid and alkali resistance to some chemicals at a certain concentration and can be used for most of solid wastes and polluted places. Geotube can be filled with sludge and stacked up for dewatering process, which save space and achieve cyclic utilization of resources.
Soft permeable geotube does not support, absorb or help the growth of fungus, will not decay, go mouldy or deteriorate, and not become the food of white ant, beetles or other insects.
