Description:

The textured high-density polyethylene geomembrane is a new material produced by the rolling technology, and is made of a specially formulated virgin resin. The single-side HDPE textured geomembrane has a uniform height of the points. The friction coefficient is larger than that of common geomembrane.

HDPE textured geomembrane contains high density polyethylene, carbon black and little amount  of antioxidants and heat stabilizers. HDPE textured geomembrane owns good flexibility, excellent chemical stability, mechanical properties, environmental stress cracking resistance, dimensional stability and aging resistance, and also has the large friction coefficient and good anti-sliding function, and is very suitable for the slopes of landfill or steeply slope and vertical anti-seepage applications, and facilitates the secondary laying of the geotextile and enhances the anti-bearing deformation force of the membrane. HDPE textured geomembrane is generally applied to the surface of the slope membrane and the projects which requires a large friction coefficient to improve the stability.

Thickness: 1.0~2.5mm, 4m-7m in roll width, the length as per client’s request and the engineering design.

Application:

Textured HDPE geomembrane is specially designed and fabricated for landfills and mining applications, backfilled liner, retaining backfill on steep side, heap leach pads, landfill and pad base liner, water conservancy applications such as dam, reservoirs, sewage pools, swimming pools, buildings, underground buildings, garbage dumps and mining projects.
