Description:
The geomat is usually the triplanar geonet used for earth fixing and grass planting. The structure resembles the loofah web. Being loose and flexible, Geomat leaves 90% of the space to be filled with soil, gravel and small stones.
Plant roots can grow through the tri-dimensional geonet. The net facilitates comfortable, clean, and balanced plant growth. The grown turf will combine the geomat, the soil surface and itself firmly together. Because plant roots can reach as deep as 30-40cm under the ground, the bonding forms a solid green composite protection layer. The layer can withstand serious water erosion at high flow rate.
In addition to strong drainage capacity, Geomat also has a compressive strength greater than ordinary drainage geonet, and can withstand long-term high pressure and has very high tensile strength and shear strength. Geomat products can replace the slope materials such as concrete, asphalt and block stone, and is mainly used for slope protection of roads, railways, rivers and dams.
