Production of Our HDPE Geomembrane Increased 


HDPE geomembrane of our factory is made of high-density polyethylene by thermal melting, extruding and cooling after three-roll calendering. It is mainly used in anti-seepage and sealing projects in aquaculture, sewage treatment tanks and landfills.

 

Due to the mesh structure, the aggregate in the asphalt concrete can penetrate through it, thus forming a mechanical interlock. This restriction hinders the movement of the aggregates, so that the asphalt mixture can achieve a better compaction state, higher load bearing capacity, better load transfer performance and less deformation under load. 

HDPE geomembrane is packed with the dross, and the relative displacement between the upper non-woven fabric and the dross generates friction, which causes the upper non-woven fabric to be pulled, and the tensile deformation of the upper non-woven fabric is caused by the geomembrane.


The relative displacement of the frictional stress is transmitted between the layers of the liner system. Under the long-term effect of high stress, creep damage may occur. The magnitude of the tensile force at the end of the geomembrane also determines the size of the anchorage product at the end.
