Notes for the construction of the storage and drainage board
1. Please store the drainage board in a dry and ventilated environment to prevent sun exposure and stay away from fire sources.
2. Please erect or flat the drainage protection plate, do not tilt or cross pressure, stacking height should not exceed 3 layers, avoid heavy pressure.
3. The laying should be smooth and natural, and it should be laid along the slope or according to the water flow.
4. Single laying of geotextile lap to ensure 150cm, the lap with glue or sand compaction without moving, and then backfill, the first layer of backfill to be compacted before the next step, layered backfill must be compacted.
5. When used in flower pools, flower grooves and flower beds in gardens, water storage plates and filter geotextiles should be directly replaced by conventional materials (such as the filter layer composed of ceramsite grains, pebbles or shells).
6. When used for hard interface greening such as new and old roof or underground engineering roof, before laying the storage and drainage board, first clean up the debris on site, set the waterproof layer according to the requirements of the design drawings, and then use cement mortar to slope, so that there is no obvious concave and convex place on the surface, the storage and drainage board will be discharged in an orderly manner, and there is no additional blind drainage ditch to be set up within the laying scope.
7. When used as a building sandwich board, the storage and drainage board is laid on the concrete board of the roof, and a single wall is built outside the storage and drainage board, or the concrete is used to protect it, so that the underground water seepage flows into the blind ditch through the empty space of the drainage board.
8. The storage and drainage boards are stitched together around each other. As the lower drainage channel, the geotextile filter and moisturizing layer on it also needs to be overlapped when laying.
9. After the laying of the storage and drainage board is completed, the next process can be carried out to lay the filter geotextile and matrix layer as soon as possible to prevent the soil, cement and yellow sand from blocking the hole channel or entering the water storage, water tank and drainage channel of the storage and drainage board. In order to ensure that the storage and drainage plate gives full play to its role, the operation plate can be laid on the filter geotextile to facilitate the greening construction.
